To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Centre of Decommissioning Australia Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal costs) arising from:
• your use of the Module
• your reliance on its content
• any breach of these Terms

No Reliance

You acknowledge that you have not relied on any representation, statement, or warranty not expressly set out in these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All Module materials are owned by or licensed to Centre of Decommissioning Australia Limited.
You may:
• access and use the Module for personal, non-commercial purposes only
You must not:
• reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercialise any content without prior written consent.

Access and Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Module.
We may:
• suspend or terminate access
• update or remove content at any time without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia, Australia.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Module constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
